You may arrive at the start of your booked time. Please plan set-up, shooting, and clean-up within your reserved window to be respectful of other renters.

All studio bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled rental time.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled to a new date, subject to availability.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will not receive a refund or credit.

Parking is available against the building. Please do not park in the large lot across the divider labeled Lot 1. That is monitored permit parking only!

We want The Dot Spot to feel safe and comfortable for everyone. Security cameras are located in common area to help protect our community, the space, and the gear inside it. They exist purely for safety purposes! There are no cameras in the dressing room.

You’ll receive detailed entry instructions (including door codes and directions) 48-hours prior to your booking. Entry is contactless and designed to be simple and secure.

Yes, music is welcome! Please keep volume at a respectful level as the building is shared with other businesses!
